Killing anybody is wrong but I believe the conduct of law enforcement who serve the Government today is vastly flawed and it needs to be fixed. An army of police drove a armored tank into the people's house after the killings and sprayed tear-gas to get them out. One man stated with informed wisdom that "they will do this to all of you in time". The newspaper said nothing about the constitutional rights of these people to defend their home and property against an aggressor government with power to condemn and take property. These people should of known that we no longer have any constitutional rights if ever we had any. People who strap on guns and go violate other people's rights risk summary Judgment at the gate way of those who feel strongly about preserving citizens rights in this country. The News reported that the state will ask for the death penalty for the man and his wife and their son. Family name is Bixby. Although it is still not mentioned in paper, the TV reported that these men were a member of the Massachusetts Militia and that they had anti-government material in their house. The first law enforcement in this country was militia from state to state, they still operate. It has been said that the state intended to use the 10 ft. of land temporarily before moving it 30 ft. to the other side of this family's property at which time the property owner could have applied and paid $1 for the land back including an extra 20 feet. Guns and violence is not the answer in the Christian realm. If the state, county or city, ask for your property, then give it to them and never look back because God has something better for you in his plan.
