I am convinced that to build muscle safely one must both exercise properly and have a balance of nutrition intake. It takes more than mere digestion and it takes a free mind to let it all happen. The wife killings at Fort Bragg by soldiers returning from Afghanistan is a mystery, it seems the Moslem religion has influenced them and they're behaving as Arabs.

Daily devotion is important for every family in the world to conduct a time of prayer with Scripture reading and meditation to talk about those things that trouble each other. I feel lead to write this journal each day as a consumer advocate and for a daily devotion guide.

Christian people should behave in a godly manner and I try to illustrate that in my writing.

Coal miners are trapped in western Pennsylvania in the mineshaft with little hope by now. How long will a civilized world send men underground to dig for a living breathing soot?

Is anything worth risking one life for to produce or achieve? Cold is a commodity better left in the ground. today all 9 buried miners were lifted to safety through a 300 foot shaft

drilled in 3 days in the underground. Thank God they were rescued alive. Some wanted chewing tobacco, some made a vow never to enter a mine again, I applaud that decision. 57 years ago today a B25 bomber lost in fog hit the Empire State Building in that great city New York. Many reportedly thought it was an enemy attack but it was just a mistake.

In my struggle through the night I remembered the name Bob Jones mentioned to me by a caller from Oregon last evening about the buses they request for touring and witnessing.

This Bob Jones has a prophetic ministry featuring the Holy Spirit and Biblical prophecy directly opposite from Bob Jones University here in Greenville. I was up at 6:00 a.m. and put the name Bob Jones in my computer and got page after page of Bob Jones University sites and finally beneath them all I got to Bob Jones prophecy.org and printed out the most beautiful seven page document ever written, "When the day of Pentecost has fully come".

I felt very restful all over my body reading this wonderful scripture based writing of Jones.

"Therefore, strengthen the hands that are weak and the knees that are feeble, and make straight paths for your feet, so that the limb which is lame may not be put out of joint, but rather be healed". Hebrews 12:12-13. I will continue to recite this great message in tomorrow's journal. The call came from Joshua Hanson who heads an organization called 'Jesus loves you' Christian witnessing traveling major gatherings from Florida to Oregon.

I believe the concept is developing to turn over to this group of 25 people to travel them in populated areas and conventions to witness the gospel of Christ to the most needy of hearing it. It is a daily battle to keep it all on track and see through all the obstructions that would obscure the ultimate goal for the good of the gospel and of people in such need to receive.
