I rushed into Home Depot and reached for the light bulbs and severely punctured my first finger with a sliver of glass in the carton from a broken bulb. My blood ran all over my hand and onto the floor before their staff rescued me with wet towels and Band-Aids.

I never thought how risky it was reaching for light bulbs until today and now I fear the residue from within the bulb could be of a poison nature and cause infection in the finger.

Even so small and simple this was no doubt caused by someone's negligence first in breaking the bulbs then failing to remove the broken glass from the master carton of the light bulbs. Carelessness causes injury and I want to make sure they are awear of this discovery. I thought at first there was still glass in my finger but it seems now there is not but it is very deeply discolored. Let us be mindful of others safety and correct problems before they cause injury to the innocent people. God will bless a careful mind and the injury you prevent may be that of your own. Go the extra mile to prevent accidents.

Let us recognize evil as it accelerate in our country over the airways and in the movie houses to dominate our thoughts and steal away sacred moment influencing our children.
